Project Details:
Customer wanted to create a new open space under an upstairs patio that was blocked by a stairwell. Also wanted to get rid of existing grass and install artificial turf.
Other upgrades included new travertine paver decking, new outdoor bar/kitchen new seat benches with firepit and wood pergola for shade.
Finished project included:
- Demolition included removal of old staircase to upstairs deck.
- Removal of old Saltillo tile.
- Removal of old pebble rolled bond beam on pool and spa edge.
- Removal of grass areas.
- Build new outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, door drawers, side burner and ice bin.
- Finish with Travertine bullnose counter top and stone sides.
- Install new Travertine Paver 4 piece large Versaille pattern 8×8” 8×16” 16×16” 16×24” Walnut color…Their dog helped supervise.
- Build new seat benches, retaining walls and firepit.
- Install Travertine Bullnose Coping 12 x 12” with 4×4” tumbled travertine tile on cantilever edge.
- Prep for Artificial Turf…
- Use glass tile accents on BBQ, firepit and seat benches.
- Finish fire pit interior with firebrick and amber colored fire glass.
- Finish top of firepit with travertine bullnose and stone sides.
- Install Premium 80lb artificial turf.
- Finish BBQ area with stone sides.
- Install Pool Jewelz all glass tile pool interior in Rainbow Blue coloring.
- Build wood Pergola for shade over kitchen and patio area.
- Finish Pool Jewelz all glass tile interior. Rainbow Blue coloring.
- Add circular staircase at side of upstairs patio deck for access from below.
- Finish with beautiful outdoor furniture and enjoy a beautiful outdoor environment from Pool & Landscape AZ
