We were very pleased w the job from P&L AZ. This was our first pool building experience. I felt like it went very smooth. 8 weeks from ground break to completion. The design team (Mike Shriver) was attentive, detailed and flexible. We ended up with the pool just as we imagined. Our PM (Scott Brown) was on site frequently, the schedule(s) set were reliable. We are now 6 months past our pool going “live” and everything is in perfect order. We did have an issue w a piece of deck o drain coming loose (probably 3-4 months after project end). I contacted Scott, within a day or two he was on site to check it out and within a week the issue was rectified. No questions asked. This type of customer commitment and folllow up is probably as important as the construction. I would not hesitate to highly recommend PLAZ to anyone planning on or improving a pool.

The quality of construction, design and workmanship is excellent. Scheduling and communications with the office was always pro and extremely responsive. Project supervisor Tristan was always available to answer questions and work with me on scheduling. Very, very happy with the outcome.

I knew that the project i had in mind would not be easy or fast. I consulted at least 10 pool builders before making my choice. And I found a gem. I was very clear where my budget was and Robert was able to help me fit in every single thing that was important to me. After he designed me what literally looked like an oasis I was nervous and excited to move forward. Dawn was always very clear, direct, and precise with her scheduling and she kept us moving. I cant believe how fast it went. And Scott. If you are reading this review, you want Scott assigned as your project manager. He worried about everything so I worried about nothing. He made sure my project was smooth and exactly how I wanted it. He even took my annoying question calls with a smile. I am so happy I chose this company and now have my dream pool. Thank you guys for taking my investment so seriously and creating something beautiful for me.
